HumAIn Flow — additional attribution term

This file states an additional term that applies to HumAIn Flow — web interface
|
|
on top of the GNU Affero General Public License version 3, whose full
|
|
text is in the LICENSE file next to this one.
|
|
|
|
The term is permitted by section 7(b) of that License, which allows
|
|
"Requiring preservation of specified reasonable legal notices or author
|
|
attributions in that material or in the Appropriate Legal Notices
|
|
displayed by works containing it".
|
|
|
|

If you convey this Program, or any covered work based on it, modified
|
|
or unmodified, you must preserve the following attribution:

The attribution must be preserved in both of the following places:
|
|
|
|
(a) in the source code, through this file and the NOTICE file, which
|
|
must be distributed with the work; and
|
|
|
|
(b) in the Appropriate Legal Notices displayed by the work, as that
|
|
term is defined in section 0 of the GNU Affero General Public
|
|
License. For an interactive interface such as the HumAIn Flow
|
|
editor, this means the attribution must stay reachable by the
|
|
user — for instance in an "About" or "Credits" view.
|
|
|
|
You are free to add your own copyright notice and your own attribution
|
|
beside this one. You may not remove, obscure or replace this one.
|
|
|
|
Note on removal: section 7 of the GNU AGPL lets a recipient remove
|
|
additional *permissions*, and lets them remove non-permissive terms
|
|
that count as "further restrictions". The term above is neither: it is
|
|
an additional requirement of the kind section 7(b) expressly allows, so
|
|
it travels with the work and may not be stripped from it.
